Meet the founders

Nate.

I’m Nate, Co-Founder of Up It Marketing. My background is rooted in sales and acquisition, where I developed my skills in building client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving results.

Over the past six years, I spent most of my career in the financial services industry, where trust, precision, and strategic thinking were essential to success. I later transitioned into the B2B marketing space, helping businesses strengthen their lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.

These experiences gave me a firsthand understanding of what businesses truly need to grow — strategies that focus not just on marketing visibility, but on real, measurable outcomes.

Outside of work, I’m firstly a Christ follower. Being born and raised in Tampa Bay, I have a passion for boating, exploring new restaurants, playing pickleball, and making music — passions that keep me balanced and energized.

Hey, I’m JJ, Co-Founder of Up It Marketing. I have over 8 years in marketing and 6+ years in video and photography experience. I’m passionate about helping people get seen online in a way that feels true to who they are.

Beyond the work, I’m a big fan of soccer, pickleball, fast cars, and dessert. Most importantly, I’m a follower of Jesus, and my faith shapes how I show up—with integrity, purpose, and a heart to serve others well.
